New Orleans Next Victim will be The Buffalo Bills
Buffalo is a team on the rise and the NFL football odds show it. There have been plenty of reasons to be optimistic through the first two weeks of the pro football odds season but the Saints coming to play at Ralph Wilson Stadium is not one of them. The Saints have been putting up video game stats this football odds season and will likely continue their run against a solid Buffs squad.
When the Saints come marching in to Buffalo they’ll be riding not only a two-game winning streak but a wicked scoring streak as well. New Orleans became the only team to open a season scoring at least 45-points in two straight games and will be looking to make it three.
Drew Brees is the best QB in football odds and now he’s finally got a running game and TE across the middle. This offense expects to score a TD every time it touches the ball and it just about has. The knock on this team for years has been the running game (which seems to be fixed) and an awful defense. The defense is hardly the finest in NFL gambling, but it is improved and has created turnovers and scores early. Plus, with the offense always on the field this unit is among the freshest in the NFL odds.
Buffalo has plenty of reasons to smile as well. Trent Edwards looks like Jim Kelly. Fred Jackson looks like Thurman Thomas and the defensive game planning and play has been exceptional.
But the Saints are simply better. The NFL betting lines favor the Saints by 6 points in a shootout (52 ½ O/U). The Fleur de Lis go back to the Big Easy 3-0.
