Packers Look for Redemption in St. Louis

PackersIt’s hard to say if the Rams are the worst team in football odds and the NFL, but the fact that they’re certainly among the front-runners for this dubious honor seems acute commentary on the state of this team. There are very few positive things to say about this team’s football odds and after the Green Bay Packers come to town on Sunday this team will all but certainly be 0-3.

Steven Jackson is about the only talent this team has and without any blocking up front or a passing game to set up the run, he has still put up impressive numbers but to no avail. Mark Bulger is a shadow of his former self and has no one to throw to. This is the worst offense in the NFL and has managed just seven points in eight quarters of football odd action

The only things you ever hear about the Rams defense are bad; to be sure, they’re all deserved. In contrast the Packers defense looks as though it has the potential to be one of the best in the pro football odds. It’s gotten good pressure on the QB with its new 3-4 alignment and it has a very good secondary. It should embarrass Bulger and the passing game.

Last week the Packers lost a squeaker at home to a mediocre Bengals squad and will be looking forward to getting extra large helping of redemption in St Louis. Aaron Rogers had a sub-par performance and should bounce back and punish one of the worst defenses in the NFL football odds.

The early football odds favor the Pack by (6 ½). That seems a bit generous towards the Rams and if Green Bay gets on track, this could be a bloodbath. Cheeseheads rejoice!
